• Responsible of Maintaining of various type of air conditioners units, AHU, Ammonia & Refrigerant Chillers
- Overhaul of compressors and pumps
- Complete maintenance schedule, leave schedule, monthly invoices
- Ordering and control of spare parts. Robust Knowledge of HVAC systems including Ammonia and Refrigerant Chiller
- Relevant experience in HVAC system operation and maintenance
- Should have experience in Nutrition industry or Pharma Industry and exposure to work on GMP conditions.
- Should be pleasing personality and energetic to drive solutions.
- Should be able to access current system gaps and resolve issues to stabilize system.
- Should have knowledge of ASHRE and SCHAMNA about design and installation of HVAC system
