ROLE OVERVIEW

Experience: 3–4 Years Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Preference: Strong academic track record/rank preferred.

We're looking for someone who is sharp, commercially aware, agile, and hands-on — a CA who can not only manage finance vand compliance but also act as a strong business partner to the organization.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and oversee financial accounting, reporting, and compliance activities.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor cash flows, working capital, receivables, payables, and overall financial health.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, internal auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.
- Support audit processes,



including preparation of schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Identify financial risks, control gaps, and opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain strong internal financial controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management for business decision-making.
- Handle ad-hoc financial analysis, MIS, business performance reviews, and special projects as required.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide commercially sound financial solutions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 3–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant.
- Strong academic record; rank holders / candidates with excellent CA performance preferred.
- First-attempt CA qualification preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical and numerical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to think beyond numbers and understand the commercial/business impact of financial decisions.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, high-growth environment with tight deadlines and extensive working hours.
- Street-smart, practical, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to quickly identify issues, prioritize effectively, and get things done.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems is preferred.
