Hiring: Assistant General Manager – MEP

? Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant Engineering discipline

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager – MEP to oversee MEP activities across building projects. The role will involve planning, execution, coordination, quality management, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead MEP planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Oversee Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and related MEP systems.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, technical submittals, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Guide and manage MEP engineers, supervisors, technicians, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, materials, costs, and contractor performance.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved specifications, quality standards, and applicable safety requirements.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag resolution, rectification,



and final handover.
- Prepare project progress reports and highlight risks, delays, and technical concerns.
- Support timely resolution of site-level technical and coordination issues.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building services.
- Good understanding of technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and site execution.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, and contractor management skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience handling residential, commercial, high-rise, or large-scale building projects is preferred.
