- Responsible for carrying out execution of following activities:
Excavation, RCC, Blockwork, Plaster, flooring, tiling, Finishing and Interior fit-out including MEP.
- Entire knowledge needed to control all deliverables at site as Tower In-charge.
- Prior experience in execution of High rise building with Aluminium shuttering.
- Shall be responsible for overall adherence to Quality & Safety Standards as per standard parameters within scheduled timelines.
- Sub contractor management
- Monthly certification of R.A Bills for all vendors.
- Contracts Management
- MIS generation for Tower, including maintaining labour reports, daily/weekly progress reports, productivity data
- Customer handling, attending any snags given by Customers and FM team.
- Handover of building to Facility management team
