We are looking for an experienced Program Leader to lead and scale Project SAAMYA , a social-impact initiative focused on promoting gender equity, positive social attitudes and inclusive communities.

The role will be responsible for providing strategic direction, ensuring high-quality implementation across geographies, measuring impact, building organizational capability and strengthening SAAMYA's position as a leading social-impact initiative.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop the program vision, strategic roadmap and annual action plans for Project SAAMYA.
- Lead program implementation across schools and communities in multiple geographies, ensuring consistent standards, quality and effectiveness .
- Develop and institutionalize frameworks for monitoring, evaluation and impact measurement , including output, outcome and behavioural-change indicators.
- Lead assessments, impact documentation, reporting and use data-driven insights to continuously improve program effectiveness.
- Build, mentor and lead program teams, facilitators and implementation partners through structured training and capability-building initiatives .
- Establish transparent performance expectations, accountability mechanisms and review processes.
- Collaborate with internal leadership, CSR teams, implementation partners, educational institutions,



community stakeholders and other external organizations.
- Prepare leadership/Board presentations, program reports, impact narratives and strategic communications .
- Represent the program at relevant forums, conferences, partnerships and knowledge-sharing platforms.
- Drive awareness and outreach initiatives through campaigns, digital platforms, publications and other communication channels .
- Build SAAMYA's knowledge leadership and thought leadership in the areas of gender equity, inclusion and behavioural change.
- Manage program budgets, financial planning and utilization while ensuring adherence to CSR policies, applicable regulations, governance and reporting requirements .
