Job Title

Assistant Engineer - Sales

:

Educational Qualification:

- BTech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or any related fields.




- Candidate with Master Degree in Marketing may be given preference.

- Other Requirements:

- Willingness to employ in customer-facing technical sales roles (B2B) with minimum 1 year experience
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for technical discussions, demonstrations, and relationship management
- Experience in Automation Industry would be an added advantage.
- Possess robust communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, existing brands, applications, and new business opportunities.
- Analyze customer data and prepare monthly and annual outreach plans.
- Maintain an updated database of industry contacts and engagement status.
- Connect with customers, introduce company solutions, and arrange meetings.
- Provide first-level technical guidance on product applicability and recommend suitable solutions with internal teams.
- Conduct customer site visits to understand requirements, infrastructure, and business potential.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through calls, emails, social media, and meetings.
- Record customer interactions and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Work in a consultative role with growth opportunities in automation, robotics, and motion technologies.
