Educational Qualification
· Bachelor's degree in physical education (B.P.Ed) or equivalent
Professional Certification
- Diploma in Coaching from Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports (NSNIS Patiala) or its regional centres
- Sport-specific certification from recognised federations
Sports Background
- Participation at state/national level (preferred)
- Strong practical knowledge of the respective sport
Experience
- Prior coaching or playing experience (1–3 years minimum)
- Experience in academies, schools, or clubs is an added advantage
Additional Requirements
- Basic knowledge of fitness training and injury prevention
- Good communication and athlete management skills
. First aid/CPR certification (preferred)
