We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team and support critical functions across accounting, operations, supply chain, and banking coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounting & Finance
- Manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Coordinate advance payments, vendor settlements, and client billing.
- Operations & Supply Chain
- Oversee order processing, cold chain logistics, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, shipments, and regulatory documentation.
- Banking & Coordination
- Handle banking transactions, LC documentation, and payment follow-ups.




- Liaise with banks for international remittances and compliance.
- Support management in financial planning and cash flow monitoring.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting, supply chain, or operations (pharma experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
