Role Overview

We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer with 1+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, AI tools, and software development frameworks to join our team in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Excel, AI tools, and data analytics, along with an understanding of either frontend or backend development frameworks. The candidate will work on AI-driven business and analytics projects across Supply Chain Management (SCM), Quick Commerce, Logistics, and Network Planning.

This role requires someone who can combine technical AI/ML capabilities with business understanding, analyze large datasets, develop analytical solutions, prepare management reports, and translate business problems into technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement AI/ML and data science solutions for real-world business and operational problems.
- Work on AI-driven use cases across SCM, logistics, quick commerce, network planning, and supply chain analytics.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data using Python and SQL.
- Build data pipelines, analytical models, and automation solutions to support business decision-making.
- Use AI/GenAI tools to improve data analysis, reporting, automation, research, and operational productivity.
- Develop predictive and analytical models for areas such as demand, capacity, network optimization, manpower, inventory, delivery, and operational performance.
- Work with frontend or backend frameworks to integrate AI/analytics solutions into business applications.
- Develop APIs, backend services, dashboards, or analytical interfaces as required.
- Extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Prepare MIS reports, analytical reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Build automated reporting solutions using Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI or similar tools.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with business, operations, finance, SCM, and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
- Convert business requirements into data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.




- Conduct model performance analysis and continuously improve analytical solutions.
- Document methodologies, models, processes, and business insights.
- Support rapid prototyping and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) using emerging AI technologies.

Technical Skills

Must Have

- Python – strong programming and data-analysis skills.
- SQL – strong understanding of queries, joins, aggregations, CTEs, subqueries, and data manipulation.
- Practical knowledge of AI/ML and Data Science concepts.
- Hands-on experience using AI/GenAI tools for analysis, coding, automation, research, or productivity.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookup functions, data analysis, and reporting.
- Good understanding of data cleaning, transformation, visualization, and exploratory data analysis.
- Experience in preparing reports, dashboards, and management insights.

Frontend / Backend Experience with at least one frontend or backend technology/framework is preferred:

Knowledge of integrating AI/ML models with applications or APIs will be an advantage.

- Understanding of business KPIs and operational metrics.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML, Data Science, Analytics, Software Development, or AI Engineering.
- Candidates with project experience in SCM, logistics, quick commerce, e-commerce, transportation, or network planning will have an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are strongly preferred.
