Overview

- Conceptualise and art direct campaigns, social content and brand experiences from brief to final execution.
- Own the visual craft of projects — layout, typography, colour, composition — ensuring design excellence across every deliverable.
- Integrate AI art and image-generation tools into the creative workflow to accelerate ideation,



moodboarding and production without compromising craft.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, producers and account teams to develop ideas that are culturally sharp and brand-right.
- Present concepts and creative rationale confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Guide and mentor junior designers, providing hands-on feedback on design quality and craft.
- Stay on top of visual, cultural and platform trends relevant to the consumer and lifestyle space, and bring that thinking into the work.
- Ensure all creative output is production-ready and consistent with brand guidelines across formats and platforms.

Qualifications

- 4 years of experience in art direction / graphic design, ideally within an agency environment.
- Prior experience at an agency with work in the consumer or lifestyle space is preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design craft — typography, layout and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, with solid command of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Well versed with AI art and image-generation tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar) as part of the creative process.
- An eye for detail, a strong sense of visual culture, and the ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
- Strong collaboration and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative thinking clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Additional Information

Good to Have

- Working knowledge of motion / video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience working on integrated campaigns spanning social, digital and brand experience.
- An active interest in emerging AI creative tools and how they're changing the art direction craft.
