Pixel Street is an AI-native creative studio in Kolkata.

We work with ITC, Coca-Cola, Aditya Birla and 60+ brands across FMCG, D2C and retail. Packaging, POSM, quick commerce, brand identity, websites and video, including AI film. We solve business problems through design.

Role Description

This is a hands-on role. Roughly 80% of your time goes into making the work yourself. The rest goes into directing the designers around you.

You own the visual direction across packaging, campaigns, identity, web, and video, and you execute it. If you're looking for a role where you only provide feedback, this isn't the right fit.

Qualifications

- 4 to 6 years in design
- Adobe Creative Cloud. Non-negotiable.
- Typography, colour, layout and composition understanding.
- Hands-on with generative AI in live production. We run NanoBanana Pro, Magnific, Flow and ChatGPT on client work.
- A portfolio with real brand work in it. FMCG, packaging or quick commerce is an advantage.
- Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or Communication (preferred)

Location: Sector V, Kolkata (in office)

Salary: Rs. 7,20,000 per annum
