We are seeking a motivated Area Supervisor – ARR to join our team. This role will oversee the implementation of ARR projects across Haveri, Karnataka, ensuring high-quality plantation and timely milestone achievement.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise ARR project implementation within assigned areas.

- Lead and monitor field officers and partner organizations.

- Ensure quality plantation, survival rate, and timely milestone achievement.

- Coordinate farmer onboarding, training, and stakeholder engagement.

- Verify field data, geo-tagging, and project documentation.

- Conduct regular site visits and submit progress reports.

- Ensure compliance with Varaha SOPs and carbon project requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Horticulture,



Agroforestry and Agriculture.

- 0 to 1 year of work experience.

- Prior experience in agroforestry, forestry, afforestation, reforestation, or related development projects.

- Solid knowledge of plantation management, agroforestry systems, and farmer engagement.

- Proficiency in MS Office and digital data collection tools.

- Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.

Nice to have

- Communication and stakeholder management.

- Problem-solving and reporting.

- GPS/Geo-tagging experience is an advantage.
