Jio is actively looking to hire candidates for the position Area Service Incharge for Hyderabad, Telangana.

Key requirements are

- Graduation and Diploma in Engineering stream.
- Experience of 6-10 years in After sales service.

1. Manage end-to-end JioFiber, AirFiber, and DTH service operations across the assigned area.
2. Lead and manage large field teams, including service engineers and technicians, ensuring effective manpower deployment.
3. Ensure timely completion of installations, service requests, repairs, and customer complaints as per defined TAT and SLA.
4. Drive achievement of productivity, quality, service, and operational targets for the assigned area.
5. Monitor field team performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to improve efficiency and service delivery.
6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by minimizing complaints, repeat visits, and escalations.
7. Coordinate with Sales,



Store Teams, Care Centers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and seamless service operations.
8. Conduct regular team reviews, provide coaching and training, and drive continuous improvement in overall service performance.
