Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Drive business growth through effective field sales strategies.
- Guide, coach, and motivate team members for better performance.
- Develop new customer and business opportunities within the assigned area.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure business retention.




- Track team performance and prepare regular sales reports.

Candidate Profile
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 2+ years of experience in Field Sales / BFSI Sales.
- Prior team-handling experience will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a strong business development mindset.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license are required.
- Candidates with good knowledge of the Noida market will be preferred.
