Role & responsibilities
1. Motivate & drive the respective team to achieve the revenue targets of the assigned territories by product & segment
2. Payment Collection as per company credit policy
3. Recent Channel appointment - Identify & appoint high potential outlets in exisitng & new towns
4. Exisitng Channel Management (Retention & Growth) - Primary & Secondary Channel Partners development & achieve their set targets
Knowledge of the construction/Building Materia; industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong aggressive personality.
- Should have an experience of 10-15years.
- High level of motivation.
- Excellent Team handling skills.
- Having a self-initiative.
