We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Area Sales Manager to manage and expand the sales of our dairy products within the assigned area. The candidate will be responsible for developing the market, managing distributors and retailers, and achieving sales targets.

Location: Marthandam, Nallur, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned area.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
- Identify new markets and expand the distribution network.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.




- Lead and coordinate the sales team to ensure effective market coverage.

Requirements

- Any bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in dairy, FMCG, food, or consumer products.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market around Marthandam.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
