Role & responsibilities:

- Own city GMV target and sell-through performance across ~450 outlets

- Run daily sales beats through Sales Executive team (~30 SEs)

- Drive replenishment orders - reorder cadence, velocity tracking, stock correction

- Enforce assortment discipline - outlet segmentation drives what goes where

- Execute brand activations as per Brand Activation Calendar and agreements

- Own ongoing in-store marketing activities - sampling, displays, promotions

- Coordinate merchandising and activation execution within the city

- Track and report sell-through velocity, reorder rates, and activation lift at store level

- Manage ~30 Sales Executives - hiring, daily task allocation, performance tracking

- Design and execute beat plans and coverage norms for the city

- Coordinate with BD Manager on store readiness and activation handoff





- Escalate non-compliant stores or underperforming SKUs

Preferred candidate profile:

- Graduate is mandatory; MBA is preferred.

- Mandatory experience in Modern Trade (MT) and/or Standalone Up-to-date Trade (SAMT).

- Candidates with only General Trade (GT) experience will not be considered.

- Mandatory category experience in Food & Beverage.

- Experience in the Personal Care category is preferred.

- Proven experience managing field sales teams of approximately 20 Sales Executives.

- Open to candidates from both established and smaller FMCG companies with relevant experience.

- Exposure to Profit & Loss (P&L;) management is preferred.
