We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented FMCG Field Sales Executive to drive sales, expand market coverage, manage retailers/distributors, and build strong relationships with customers in the assigned territory. Key ResponsibilitiesVisit retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and other assigned outlets regularly. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Generate new business and expand the customer base within the assigned territory. Ensure effective distribution and availability of products at retail outlets. Take orders and follow up on order execution and deliveries.

Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors. Implement company promotions, schemes, and trade offers at outlets. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.

Collect market feedback and share relevant information with the sales team. Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports, and other required records. Ensure compliance with company sales processes and policies. 0–3 years of experience in FMCG/consumer goods field sales preferred.

Good knowledge of the local market and retail network.



Good communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with extensive travelling and daily field visits. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of smartphones and sales reporting applications.

Two-wheeler and valid driving preferred/required.
