Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales targets.
- Develop and implement territory-wise sales and distribution plans.
- Manage distributors, super stockists, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Expand the distribution network and retail outlet coverage in the assigned territory.
- Increase numeric distribution and ensure availability of all key SKUs.
- Drive sales of different edible oil categories such as mustard oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, groundnut oil, rice bran oil, palm olein, and blended oils, depending on the company's portfolio.
- Ensure effective implementation of company schemes, promotions, trade offers, and visibility activities.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor:

- Product availability

- Retailer orders

- Competitor pricing

- Competitor schemes

- Market demand

- Product visibility

- Retailer feedback
- Manage and motivate Sales Officers, Territory Sales Representatives, and other frontline sales staff.
- Prepare beat plans, route plans,



and ensure effective market coverage.
- Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory and stock rotation.
- Minimize expiry, leakage, damages, returns, and other stock-related losses.
- Monitor distributor outstanding and ensure timely collection as per company credit policy.
- Identify new distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional customers.
- Develop business in general trade, modern trade, wholesale, HORECA, and institutional segments, wherever applicable.
- Track competitor brands, market prices, pack sizes, schemes, promotions, and recent product launches.
- Provide regular market intelligence and competitor feedback to management.
- Coordinate with supply chain/logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Ensure proper execution of new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, distributor data, outlet coverage, and other MIS.

Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and commercial controls
