Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to lead and expand our Micro Banking Lending (MBL) operations within the designated region. This role demands a strategic leader with a deep understanding of financial services, particularly in microfinance and small business lending. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in achieving the bank's mission to provide inclusive financial solutions and contribute to the economic development of underserved markets.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve area targets for micro banking lending products.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales officers and relationship managers to maximize productivity and performance.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.




- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies in all lending operations within the area.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, local businesses, and community leaders to enhance brand presence and customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with credit and risk teams to ensure timely and accurate loan disbursement and recovery processes.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, market feedback, and operational challenges to senior management.
- Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team on product offerings and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor financial products that meet the specific needs of the regional market.
- Drive initiatives to improve customer service quality and resolve escalated client issues promptly and effectively.
