About the Role

We are looking for a result-driven Leader to lead, coach and manage a team of Relationship Managers in Health, Motor & other general Insurance products. The role is responsible for driving team productivity, achieving targets, and ensuring customer servicing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Handling - Manage, mentor and monitor a team of 8-10 Relationship Managers - Conduct daily huddles, field visits, and 1 to 1 coaching sessions - Ensure 100% target achievement for the team

2. Business & • Sales Growth - Drive new business acquisition through leads, references and field activity - Support RMs in closing high-value Health, Motor 2W/4W/CV &
- General Insurance cases.
- Focus on cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the customer base 3.

• Servicing - Handle key client meetings and escalations along with RMs - Ensure timely policy issuance, renewal follow-ups and post-sales servicing - Build strong relationships with Channel Partners and Corporate Clients 4. Training &
- Development - Train RMs on product knowledge, sales pitch and IRDAI compliance - Conduct product workshops and role-plays to improve conversion 5. Reporting &
- Compliance - Maintain and review daily/weekly/monthly MIS, sales reports.
- Ensure all sales activities follow IRDAI guidelines, KYC and company policy - Track market trends and share feedback to management Eligibility - Graduate in any discipline.
- 4-7 years experience in Insurance with team handling - Proven track record of achieving team targets - Solid leadership, communication and negotiation skills
