- Evaluate financial health of new and existing clients, perform due diligence, and underwrite loans

- Manage the credit portfolio for a specific region, focusing on quality, disbursement, and minimizing Non-Performing Assets

- Supervise and mentor a team of credit analysts/approvers, ensuring efficient processing and adherence to TAT

- Work with sales, operations, legal, and field teams for seamless credit processes and issue resolution

- Experience in credit underwriting for LAP, home loans, or mortgages.

- Solid understanding of mortgage underwriting, credit analysis, and risk assessment.

- Knowledge of affordable segment income assessment (formal + informal income).

- Familiarity with property due diligence, legal, and technical aspects.
