nn Role Overview

nLead end-to-end design for commercial/ Hospitality interior projects, ensuring alignment with client vision, timelines, budgets, and execution standards.

nn Key Responsibilities

nDrive concept design, space planning, and design development

nManage projects from concept to handover

nReview layouts, 3Ds, and working drawings (GFCs)

nCoordinate with execution, procurement, QS, and consultants

nLead client meetings and presentations

nEnsure compliance with codes, quality,



and timelines

nSupport site teams to maintain design intent

nMentor and manage design team

nSkills & Competencies

nStrong design + execution understanding

nExcellent client handling and presentation skills

nHigh attention to detail and problem-solving ability

nAbility to manage multiple projects

nn Technical Skills

nAutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp, Revit (preferred)

nKnowledge of BOQs, materials, and construction detailing

nn Qualifications

nBachelor’s Degree in Interior Design

n7–12 years experience in commercial interiors / turnkey projects
