ALAM Architectural Studio is looking for an experienced and creative Architectural 3D Designer to join our team in Manjeri.

The candidate should have strong skills in architectural 3D modelling, rendering, and visualization and be able to develop high-quality 3D designs based on architectural drawings and concepts.

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed 3D models of residential and commercial buildings
- Develop high-quality exterior and interior 3D visualizations
- Prepare realistic architectural renders
- Work closely with architects and designers to develop concepts
- Make revisions based on client and project requirements
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and deadlines for assigned projects

Required Skills
- SketchUp
- Lumion / 3D
- Architectural 3D Modelling
- Exterior & Interior Visualization
- Rendering & Post-Production
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge
- Good understanding of materials, lighting, and architectural design
- Robust creative and visualization skills

Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
