Role & responsibilities:

Prepare and oversee complete, high-quality working drawings and GFC sets for high-end residences, including architectural and interior details.

- Check and coordinate drawings from structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants to ensure alignment with architectural intent.
- Identify design clashes, gaps, or technical issues in drawings and resolve them efficiently with consultants and the site team.
- Ensure all drawings are compliant with project standards, client expectations, and applicable building codes.
- Lead the technical coordination of architecture and interior layouts with MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Manage drawing documentation, revision control, and issue logs.




- Conduct site visits to ensure that execution matches the design intent and drawings and troubleshoot on-site technical challenges.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for bespoke detailing, joinery, finishes, and service integration.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch); Master's in Architecture and Interior Design is a plus.
- Solid command over AutoCAD, with working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. Familiarity with BIM processes.
- Solid understanding of interior detailing, joinery, bespoke elements, and service integration.
- Proven experience in coordinating across architecture, interiors, and MEP drawings.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical delivery and coordination.
