- Architect Team Lead

- The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in executing large-scale residential and commercial developments, with strong expertise in working drawings, construction detailing, project coordination, client management, and statutory regulations, particularly for high-rise projects.

- The candidate should have proven leadership experience in independently managing and delivering high-rise developments exceeding 1 million square feet within a single project. The role requires robust technical proficiency, executional clarity, coordination capabilities, and the ability to manage projects through advanced stages of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

- Independently manage and execute large-scale residential and commercial developments.

- Lead high-rise projects exceeding 1 million square feet within a single project.

- Manage projects through advanced stages of design and delivery.

Technical & Design

- Prepare and review working drawings and construction details.

- Ensure technical accuracy and executional clarity throughout the project.

- Use AutoCAD and SketchUp for design and documentation requirements.

Project Coordination

- Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors,



and other project stakeholders.

- Ensure smooth communication and timely execution of project requirements.

Client Management

- Manage client requirements, discussions, approvals, and project expectations.

- Maintain effective client relationships throughout project execution.

Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure projects comply with applicable statutory regulations and requirements.

- Coordinate necessary approvals and regulatory documentation.

Leadership

- Provide solid leadership in independently managing large-scale and high-rise developments.

- Take ownership of project delivery, coordination, and execution.

Job Requirements

- Graduate qualification.

- B.Arch degree/specialisation.

- Strong experience in high-rise residential and commercial developments.

- Proven experience in independently managing projects exceeding 1 million square feet.

- Strong expertise in working drawings and construction detailing.

- Strong project coordination and client management skills.

- Knowledge of statutory regulations and compliance.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

- Basic English communication skills.

- Open to candidates of any gender.
