Qualification: B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or equivalent

Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Architect to support our architectural and project teams in preparing, modifying, and delivering accurate architectural drawings in line with client requirements and project specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in AutoCAD, good technical understanding, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and modify architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and working drawings as per project requirements.
- Develop drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant architectural design software.
- Understand client requirements and incorporate design changes and revisions accurately.
- Coordinate with Senior Architects, Design, Engineering, and Site teams for smooth project execution.
- Assist with site measurements, site visits, and drawing-related technical requirements.
- Maintain proper drawing records, revisions, and project documentation.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, updated, and delivered within defined timelines.
- Support the team in resolving drawing and design-related queries during project execution.





Required Skills & Software

- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- SketchUp / Revit – Preferred
- Working knowledge of architectural planning and construction drawings.
- Understanding of floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailing.
- Good knowledge of basic building materials and construction practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a project environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 0–3 years of relevant experience in architecture, real estate, construction.
- Freshers with solid AutoCAD skills may also be considered.
- Candidates who can effectively translate client requirements into accurate technical drawings will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
