ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an Architect to work on large-scale museums, exhibitions, theme parks, experience centres, and cultural projects across India. The role involves taking projects from client brief and feasibility through design, documentation, and execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Understand client briefs and develop feasibility reports and design proposals.
- Prepare architectural plans, layouts, working drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Handle design development from concept to detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, interior, landscape, AV, technology, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits and support execution and resolution of design-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors,



and contractors for smooth project delivery.

Must-Have:

- 4 to 7 years of relevant architectural experience.
- B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD/CAD tools.
- Experience in architectural design, working drawings, BOQs, and documentation.
- Good understanding of construction practices and building regulations.
- Solid coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits as required.

Good-to-Have:

- Experience in museums, exhibitions, theme parks, experience centres, or cultural projects.
- Exposure to large-scale/government projects.
- Knowledge of Revit/BIM, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or Enscape.
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary design and execution teams.
