role & responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and development of architectural design projects from inception to execution
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver integrated design solutions
- Oversee design presentations,
- Utilize 3D software for visualization and client presentation
- Design and develop concept in 3 D and 2 D.
- Be part of design of public buildings, housing , commercial , terminals, etc
Preferred candidate profile
- B.Arch / M.Arch with 2 to 05 years of relevant experience.
- Solid proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp (mandatory) and working knowledge of 3D software.
- Good understanding of building bye-laws and approval processes.
