Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop architectural designs, drawings, and models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for residential interior design projects.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and other visual representations of spaces.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all designs while meeting project deadlines.
Job Requirements :
- Proficiency in at least one CAD software (AutoCAD) or BIM software (Revit).
- 0-3 years of experience in architecture or related field.
- Robust understanding of building codes and regulations applicable to residential construction.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients.
