Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect/Interior Designer to join our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative and functional spaces that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture

1. Design Development: Develop and refine architectural designs for various projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
2. Schematic Design: Create schematic designs, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
3. Design Documentation: Prepare and coordinate design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
4. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure design intent is met.

Interior Design
1. Space Planning: Develop and refine interior designs, including space planning, furniture layout, and material selection.
2. Design Development: Create and present design concepts, including 2D and 3D visualizations.
3. Material Selection: Specify and select finishes, furniture, and fixtures that meet design intent and client requirements.
4. Collaboration: Work with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integration.

Shared Responsibilities
1. Project Management: Manage projects from concept to completion,



ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
2. Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
3. Design Quality: Ensure design quality meets firm standards and client expectations.
4. Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into design solutions.

Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in architecture and/or interior design.
3. Software: Proficiency in design software, including Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite,coohoom,enscape
4. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Sustainability: Experience with sustainable design principles and practices.
2. BIM: Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
3. Project Management: Experience with project management software and tools.
