About the Role:

Architect - Real Estate Development

We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect to join our real estate development team and contribute to the planning, design, and execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural design, construction practices, statutory requirements, and project coordination, with the ability to translate into practical, functional, and aesthetically appealing spaces.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, construction details, and documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants to ensure project execution.
- Work closely with developers, project managers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, development norms, zoning requirements, and statutory guidelines.
- Assist with preparation and coordination of drawings required for approvals and regulatory submissions.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progresss and ensure execution is in accordance with approved designs and specifications.
- Identify design, technical and execution-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Review material specifications, finishes, and architectural details to maintain the required quality and design standards.
- Present design concepts, proposals, and project updates to management, clients, and project feasibility.
- Stay updated on emerging architectural trends, sustainable design practices, construction materials,



and building technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch /M.Arch).
- Valid registration with the council of Architecture (COA) is preferred/required, as applicable to the role.
- 2+years of revelant experience architecture , real estate development, or construction.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit or other relevant architectural software.
- Working knowledge of architectural detailing, construction drawings, and building codes, regulations, approval processes, and construction practices.
- Strong coordination, communication, presentation, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong design sense with attention to detail, functionality, constructability , and cost considerations.
- A skilled portfolio demonstrating relevant architectural projects and design capabilities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
