Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Architect – CSA 1 to work on large-scale Data Center / Mission Critical projects. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, detailed design, construction documentation and coordination with Civil, Structural, MEP, BIM and project execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concept, schematic, detailed and construction drawings.
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and detail drawings.
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and ELV teams.
- Perform CSA and multidisciplinary design coordination.
- Coordinate with BIM Modellers for accurate 3D models and clash-free designs.
- Review consultant and vendor drawings for technical accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, IBC, NFPA, local building bye-laws, fire & life safety and accessibility standards.
- Prepare architectural specifications, BOQs, material schedules and technical documentation.
- Participate in client and consultant coordination meetings.
- Support value engineering and design optimization.




- Resolve design issues during construction and project execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of design packages.

Experience in Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, MEP Design Consultancy, EPC, Industrial Buildings, Commercial Buildings, IT Parks, Healthcare or Large Infrastructure Projects.

Educational Qualification

B.Arch – Mandatory

M.Arch – Preferred
