Architect – Residential Projects

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch

Location: Udyog Vihar Phase-5 Gurugram

Job Responsibilities

· Develop and execute residential architectural designs from concept to working drawings.

· Prepare plans, elevations, sections, detailed and GFC drawings.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.

· Conduct site visits and address design and execution-related issues.

· Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP requirements.

· Assist in material selection, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.

· Ensure timely completion of assigned drawings and project deliverables.

Required Skills

· Good knowledge of residential planning, construction, and architectural detailing.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.





· Knowledge of Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or Photoshop will be an advantage.

· Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to independently manage assigned tasks while working under senior guidance.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to project timelines.

Working Days: Mon to Sat

Working hours: 09:30 to 18:00
