Apprentice - Metadata Management & Data Cataloging Department None The apprenticeship will support the Data Office in the implementation and ongoing configuration of the OpenMetadata platform, working alongside the Data Office team and other implementation resources. The role will involve hands on support across metadata ingestion and configuration, database and system integrations, user access and permissions, metadata validation, testing, issue troubleshooting and documentation. The apprentice will also assist the data catalog configuration and maintenance including metadata, glossary, and other governance related information within the platform.
The role will provide practical exposure to enterprise metadata management, data cataloging and data governance while contributing to the rollout, adoption and ongoing improvement of OpeneMetadata across the organisation.
