APPRENTICE CHEF – WOK SECTION

We are hiring an Apprentice Chef for our Café’s Wok Section.

We are looking for a candidate with basic cooking knowledge and good wok-handling skills. The candidate should be comfortable working with a wok and preparing food in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Our team will provide training for the café’s recipes, menu and cooking procedures.

Job Details

- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
- Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
- Food: Provided by the company
- Accommodation: Provided by the company
- Experience: Wok cooking experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Handle and operate a wok confidently and efficiently
- Prepare food using basic wok cooking techniques such as stir-frying and sautéing
- Follow the café’s recipes, preparation methods and cooking standards
- Prepare orders efficiently and consistently
- Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Learn and follow the café’s menu and recipes

Requirements
- Good wok-handling skills are essential
- Basic knowledge of cooking
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
- Hardworking, punctual and responsible
- Willingness to learn recent recipes and cooking methods

Note: Advanced chef experience is not required. Good wok-handling and basic cooking skills are the main requirements. Training will be provided for our recipes and menu. अप्रेंटिस शेफ – वोक सेक्शन

हमें ऐसे उम्मीदवार की आवश्यकता है जिसे बेसिक कुकिंग का ज्ञान और वोक चलाने का अच्छा अनुभव हो। उम्मीदवार को वोक पर खाना बनाने और तेज़ी से काम करने वाले किचन के माहौल में काम करने में सक्षम होना चाहिए। कैफ़े की रेसिपी, मेन्यू और खाना बनाने की प्रक्रिया की ट्रेनिंग हमारी टीम द्वारा दी जाएगी।

नौकरी की जानकारी

- वेतन: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 प्रति माह, अनुभव और कार्यकुशलता के अनुसार
- ड्यूटी समय: प्रतिदिन 10 घंटे
- खाना: कंपनी द्वारा उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा
- रहने की सुविधा: कंपनी द्वारा उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी
- अनुभव: वोक पर खाना बनाने का अनुभव प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ
- वोक को सही तरीके से और कुशलता से चलाना
- स्टिर-फ्राइंग, सॉटे और अन्य बेसिक वोक कुकिंग तकनीकों का उपयोग करना
- कैफ़े की रेसिपी, खाना बनाने की प्रक्रिया और कुकिंग स्टैंडर्ड का पालन करना




- ऑर्डर को जल्दी और एक समान गुणवत्ता के साथ तैयार करना
- फूड प्रिपरेशन और अन्य किचन के कामों में सहायता करना
- किचन की साफ-सफाई और स्वच्छता बनाए रखना
- कैफ़े के मेन्यू और रेसिपी को सीखना और सही तरीके से फॉलो करना

उम्मीदवार की आवश्यकताएँ
- वोक चलाना अच्छी तरह आना आवश्यक है
- बेसिक कुकिंग का ज्ञान होना चाहिए
- व्यस्त किचन में तेज़ी और कुशलता से काम करने में सक्षम होना चाहिए
- मेहनती, समय का पाबंद और जिम्मेदार होना चाहिए
- नई रेसिपी और खाना बनाने के तरीकों को सीखने की इच्छा होनी चाहिए
