Summary

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-6–8 years of experience in SAP Q2C / OTC, with hands-on exposure to Proaxia solutions.

-Manage incidents, problems, and change requests related to Proaxia-enabled order processing, logistics, and Q2C extensions within SLA timelines.

-Support Proaxia functionalities integrated with SAP SD/Q2C processes, ensuring stable and compliant business operations.

-Analyze and resolve production issues related to Proaxia configurations, enhancements, and integration touchpoints.

-Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring Proaxia-related issues and coordinate permanent fixes.

-Support integration between Proaxia and core SAP modules (SD, Logistics, TM, FI as applicable).

-Assist in minor enhancements, testing,



and validation of changes impacting Proaxia-driven Q2C processes.

-Support release, deployment, and cutover activities for Proaxia components with minimal business disruption.

-Maintain process documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles for Proaxia AMS support.

-Experience working in AMS / Production Support environments with SLA-driven delivery.

-Strong understanding of order-to-cash and logistics business processes.

-Experience supporting global users and business stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:

-Strong functional knowledge of Q2C processes supported or extended using Proaxia.

-Hands-on experience with Proaxia configuration, issue analysis, and integration troubleshooting.

-Understanding of SAP SD and Logistics integration in Proaxia-enabled scenarios.

-Proficiency in incident management, RCA, testing, and documentation in an AMS setup.

-Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information

- This position is based out of Bangalore from client location
- Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Information Technology.
