Job Summary

We are looking for an Application Runbook Administrator with hands-on experience in Cutover SaaS, Runbook Management, IT Resilience, and Disaster Recovery . The role will be responsible for building, maintaining, governing, and executing application runbooks for DR exercises, releases, migrations, and critical operational events.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer Cutover SaaS workspaces, templates, user access, roles, and configurations.
- Create and maintain standardized application, DR, release, and migration runbooks .
- Coordinate with Application, Cloud, Infrastructure, DBA, Network, QA, InfoSec, and Service Management teams.
- Define task sequencing, dependencies, ownership, prerequisites, validation, and rollback procedures.
- Facilitate cutover readiness reviews, dry runs, and production/DR event execution .
- Monitor task progress, manage blockers, escalate risks, and provide real-time status updates.
- Integrate runbooks with Change Management, Release Management, and ITSM processes .
- Maintain execution evidence, audit trails, dashboards, reports,



and post-event documentation.
- Conduct PIRs / lessons learned and continuously improve runbook templates and processes.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Cutover SaaS / Cutover Platform .
- Strong experience in Runbook Management / Runbook Administration .
- Experience in IT Resilience, Disaster Recovery, DR Testing, or Business Continuity .
- Good understanding of ITIL, ITSM, Incident Management, and Change Management .
- Experience with Release Management, Production Support, and enterprise cutover events .
- Solid stakeholder management, coordination, communication, and escalation skills.
- Understanding of SDLC, application environments, deployment and rollback processes .
- Strong documentation, governance, and audit-readiness skills.

Preferred Skills

- ServiceNow / ITSM tools , CMDB, Change Management.
- Experience in Banking / Financial Services / regulated environments .
- Exposure to Agile, DevOps, Cloud, CI/CD, and enterprise migration projects .
- Reporting, KPI tracking, and runbook execution analytics.
- Knowledge of RBAC / access management .
