Job Summary

We are looking for responsible and detail-oriented individuals to help us test the App, identify bugs, report technical issues, and provide user feedback.

The selected candidate will use the app regularly, test different features and user flows, identify any errors or issues, and communicate with 2–4 users every day to understand their experience and collect feedback.

Key Responsibilities

- Regularly use and test the App.
- Test different features, screens, buttons, registration/login processes, profiles, chat, notifications, and other app functions.
- Identify bugs, errors, crashes, broken links, UI/UX issues, and unexpected behavior.
- Record and report bugs with proper details, screenshots, screen recordings, or other relevant information.
- Test the app on different devices and internet conditions wherever possible.
- Communicate with 2–4 users daily and guide them through basic app testing.
- Collect feedback from users regarding their experience, usability, and difficulties.
- Report user feedback and recurring issues to the concerned team.
- Re-test bugs after they have been fixed and confirm whether the issue has been resolved.
- Maintain a daily testing and activity report.
- Maintain confidentiality of app-related information and user data.

Daily Activities The candidate will generally be expected to: 1. App Testing:

Test the assigned features and identify bugs or usability problems.

2. User Interaction:





Speak with 2–4 users per day to help them test the application and collect genuine feedback.

3. Bug Reporting:

Document issues clearly with steps to reproduce, screenshots/videos, device details, and expected vs. actual results.

4. Feedback Reporting:

Share user suggestions, complaints, and improvement points with the team.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of mobile applications.
- Good observation and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to clearly explain and report problems.
- Comfortable speaking with 2–4 people daily.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and internet applications.
- Ability to maintain daily reports.
- Patient and responsible approach toward testing.
- Knowledge of bug-reporting tools will be an advantage.

Eligibility
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in App Testing, QA, Customer Support, Telecalling, User Testing, or Technical Support will be preferred.
- Must have an Android/iOS smartphone and a stable internet connection.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Number of app features tested.
- Quality and accuracy of bug reports.
- Number of users contacted/tested daily.
- Quality of user feedback collected.
- Timely submission of testing reports.
- Successful verification of resolved bugs.

Important Note This role is not limited to telecalling. The primary responsibility is app testing and bug identification, while daily interaction with 2–4 users is required for real-user testing and feedback collection.
