We are hiring for the APC (Agency Partner Channel) role with a leading Life Insurance company. The candidate will be responsible for managing and driving business through the APC / Variable / Partner model.

Key Requirements:

- Industry & Channel Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance – APC / Variable / Partner Model (Mandatory)

- Total Experience: Minimum 3 years

- Age Limit: Up to 40 years

- Location Stability:

Must be residing in Bengluru for the last 3+ years

- Average Vintage:

Minimum 1.5 years in a company

- Incentives:

Minimum ₹25,000 incentive earned in the last financial year

Skills Required:

- Solid sales and relationship management skills

- Experience in partner/channel management

- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
