We are recruiting for an Analyst in the GCS Central Operations Team (Control Testing) with in Capability Hub’s. The role will involve working closely with the onshore ‘Governance and Control Risk Management’ team in the UK The role will include working closely with the onshore/offshore Risk and Controls Manager, as part of the Service Delivery Operations Team

Responsibilities

The core responsibilities will include.

- Perform assurance activities over key controls associated to risks identified in the department, delivering quality, consistent and timely outcomes
- Provide guidance and advice to support management to identify potential risk and/or control gaps and to treat through design and implementation of appropriate controls
- Work pro-actively with stakeholders to deliver successful management of the risks and controls per risk framework and risk appetite
- Support management in delivering and embedding good risk culture
- Advise and support management on use and application of risk management tools

Mandatory technical & functional skills
- Good communication skills,



with an ability to build productive working relationships at all levels
- Experience of working in a complex operational organization, preferably with an excellent knowledge of risk and controls identification and management
- Diligent approach with a high degree of integrity, able to show excellent organizational skills and that they take personal responsibility for workflow.
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy, with an ability to challenge constructively

Preferred technical & functional skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications; Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to explore using GenAI and improve usability in managing day-to-day operations

Qualifications

Educational qualifications Graduate – BCom / BSc / BTech

Preferably within Risk Compliance, Governance and Control

Work experience

Candidate with 0-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in another Big 4 or banking sector
