Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Analog Layout Engineers based in Bengaluru South. The role involves designing and implementing custom analog layouts, collaborating closely with analog circuit design teams to translate schematics into optimized physical layouts.

Responsibilities include performing layout optimization for performance, area,



and reliability; running physical verification checks such as DRC and LVS; and ensuring adherence to foundry design rules across various technology nodes.

Analog Layout

Engineers will participate in design reviews, coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve layout and verification issues, and maintain thorough documentation for designs and sign-off. The role also includes working on continuous improvement of layout methodologies and contributing to best practices for advanced process technologies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Layout Design and Custom Layout for analog and mixed-signal circuits.
- Candidates should possess solid understanding of Circuit Design, including Analog and Analog Circuits fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess experience in Physical Verification, including DRC, LVS, and other sign-off checks.
- Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Mentor/Siemens, Synopsys) for analog layout and verification.
- Knowledge of semiconductor process technologies from mature to advanced nodes (e.g., 65nm to 5nm and below) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, VLSI, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced engineering environment.
