About the Role

PRISH Consultancy is looking for a motivated AML Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance with exposure to international markets. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine interest in learning the fundamentals of financial crime prevention and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze financial transactions to identify potential risks and suspicious activities
- Perform client due diligence (CDD) and ongoing monitoring in line with AML regulations
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports using advanced Excel tools
- Support the team in ensuring compliance with global AML standards and best practices
- Assist in preparing documentation and reports for internal and external audits/reviews




- Stay updated on evolving AML regulations and international compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent experience in Advanced Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis, Reporting)
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of Anti-Money Laundering and international markets
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior exposure to AML/KYC/compliance functions is a plus but not mandatory
