Role Description The AM Training role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad, focused on enabling and improving the performance of client-facing and internal teams through effective training programs. The role involves planning and delivering training sessions on product knowledge, platform usage, sales processes, and customer service best practices for teams in Chennai, Delhi NCR, and other assigned locations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting classroom and on-floor training, creating and updating training materials and modules,



and using feedback and performance data to refine training content.

The AM Training professional will collaborate with operations, sales, and customer service leaders to identify skill gaps, align training with business goals, and ensure consistent training standards across regions. The role also includes monitoring trainee progress, maintaining training documentation, and supporting onboarding for new team members.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in Training & Development and Training, with a track record of delivering effective in-person programs.
- Knowledge of Instructional Design, including creating structured training content, modules, and assessments.
- Customer Service skills to train teams on handling buyer and seller interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Prior experience in B2B, e-commerce, or marketplace environments is preferred.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and training feedback to improve programs and outcomes.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and coordinating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, education, or a related field; relevant training certifications are an advantage.
