Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 10+ FTEs
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, and SLAs
- Handle escalations and client communication
- Prepare MIS reports
- Drive process improvements and team performance
