Area Manager – Banca Channel

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business through the Banca channel by developing strong relationships with bank branches.

- Manage and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

- Lead, guide and motivate the sales/relationship management team.

- Build strong relationships with bank branch managers and other key stakeholders.

- Generate business through branch leads and ensure effective lead conversion.

- Conduct regular branch visits and monitor branch-wise performance.

- Identify recent business opportunities and implement strategies to improve productivity.

- Ensure proper follow-up, customer servicing and timely policy issuance.





- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and support.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Relevant experience in Life Insurance / Banca

- Experience in managing bank relationships and sales teams preferred.

- Strong communication, relationship management and leadership skills.

- Target-oriented with a strong focus on business development.

- Candidates with prior Banca Channel experience will be preferred.
