The Role

We are hiring an AI Artist who wants to grow within the fast evolving field of AI driven filmmaking.

You will create cinematic AI visuals aligned with structured scripts and storyboards. Your work will feed directly into production pipelines serving real brands.

We are looking for someone who is serious about learning, improving, and building a long term skill in this space.

Core Requirements

- Strong working proficiency in English. You must be comfortable understanding briefs, scripts, and feedback in English.
- A genuine willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Openness to structured training and disciplined workflows.
- Comfort with technology and creative tools.

Knowledge of video editing, composition, filmmaking fundamentals, or visual storytelling is a strong advantage, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities





- Generate & Animate cinematic AI visuals aligned with narrative direction
- Maintain character and environment consistency across scenes
- Apply basic principles of framing, lighting, and composition
- Translate storyboard briefs into production-ready outputs
- Improve prompt clarity and efficiency over time
- Organize files according to studio workflow standards

Training Structure The first 7 days will be a structured training and evaluation period.

This phase is designed to align candidates with our workflow standards and production expectations.

Compensation begins upon successful continuation beyond this training period.

Compensation Structure

Starting salary: ₹18,000 per month (will differ for experienced individuals)

Compensation is performance-based and can scale to:

₹25,000

₹30,000

₹40,000 and above

Growth depends on skill progression, consistency, and production capability.

Commitment

We are looking for individuals who are willing to work with us for a minimum of 1 to 2 years.

This role is suited for candidates seeking stability, long-term growth, and structured development in the creative industry.
