About the Role

Growthstrap is looking for a creative, energetic, tech-savvy, and ambitious AI Video Creator Intern who is passionate about video content, artificial intelligence, storytelling, and digital media.

The role will provide hands-on experience in creating engaging videos using AI-powered tools and creative technologies, while working closely with the content and management team.

You will be involved in the complete video creation process — from understanding an idea and developing a concept to generating visuals, creating AI videos, editing, adding voiceovers/music, and delivering the final content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging short-form and long-form video content using AI-powered tools.
- Convert ideas, concepts, scripts, and briefs into visually engaging videos.
- Research and experiment with new AI video generation and creative tools.
- Create AI-generated visuals, characters, scenes, animations, and video sequences.
- Write and refine prompts for AI image and video generation.
- Assist with script development, storytelling, and video concepts.
- Edit videos using video editing software and AI-powered editing tools.
- Add voiceovers, background music, sound effects, subtitles, transitions, and other elements.
- Create content for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Repurpose existing content into short videos, reels, clips, and other formats.
- Maintain consistency in visual style, branding, and quality across videos.
- Research current video trends, formats, hooks, and creative styles.
- Collaborate with the content and management team to understand requirements and deliver videos on time.
- Take feedback positively and make revisions when required.
- Organize and maintain video assets, project files, prompts, and creative resources.




- Take ownership of assigned video projects from concept to final delivery.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / Master's degree or equivalent education — completed or currently pursuing.
- Strong interest in AI, video creation, content creation, and digital media.
- Basic understanding of video editing and content creation.
- Familiarity with AI tools for image, video, voice, or content generation is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar tools is preferred.
- Valuable understanding of social media content and short-form video formats.
- Creative mindset with strong visual and storytelling skills.
- Ability to write effective AI prompts and experiment with different creative approaches.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new AI tools and technologies quickly.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to experiment and take ownership.
- Must have a personal laptop.
