We are looking for a creative and hands-on AI Video, Creative Content & Social Media Executive who can create engaging videos, graphics and digital content while managing social media for multiple brands.

The role involves working across EdTech, SaaS, technology, education events and school clients.

Key Responsibilities

Video Creation & Editing

- Create promotional, product and social media videos.
- Edit Reels, YouTube Shorts, podcasts, interviews and long-form videos.
- Use AI-generated visuals, animations, voiceovers and other AI-assisted workflows.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, music and visual effects.
- Convert raw footage into polished and engaging content.

AI-Powered Content Creation

- Use AI tools for video, image, voiceover, script and creative generation.
- Experiment with new AI tools to improve quality and production speed.
- Create AI-assisted advertisements, product demos and promotional content.
- Prefer cost-effective/free creative and AI tools wherever possible.

Graphics & Creative Design

- Create static posts, carousels, advertisements, thumbnails and campaign creatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across different companies and clients.
- Create basic qualified brochures, proposals and presentations.

Social Media Management

- Manage and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
- Optimize social media profiles.
- Write captions, hooks, hashtags and CTAs.
- Maintain content calendars.
- Support ratings, reviews and online reputation activities.
- Track basic performance and suggest improvements.

Content & Copy

- Write promotional scripts for videos and reels.
- Create social media captions and campaign copy.




- Develop creative concepts and hooks.
- Convert product/service information into engaging marketing content.

Skills We Are Looking For

- Strong video editing and visual design skills
- Good understanding of social media content and trends
- Knowledge of AI-based creative tools
- Motion graphics and basic animation
- Graphic and carousel design
- Social media management
- Basic copywriting and scriptwriting
- Brochure and presentation design
- Ability to take a concept from idea → script → creative → video/design → publishing

Tools: We are not rigid about specific software. Candidates may use Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or equivalent tools.

Knowledge of modern AI tools for video, images, voice, copywriting and creative automation is essential.

Portfolio quality and creative ability will be given more importance than years of experience or Education. Formal design/media qualifications are preferred but not mandatory for candidates with a strong portfolio.

Work Location: Dwarka Sector 7, New Delhi

Full-Time | Work From Office

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
