About the engagement

You will be working as part of the Nestingale delivery team — owning the delivery of applied-AI systems (LLM/RAG and GenAI features) from commitment to shipped, adopted outcome. Hands-on delivery leadership that turns an ambiguous AI ambition into a reliable production service — not PMO paperwork, not advisory.

What you'll do

- Own delivery of applied-AI projects end to end — plan, milestones, risks, and honest status to client and Nestingale leadership
- Run the delivery cadence (planning, stand-ups, reviews) across AI/ML engineers and data folks
- Turn AI ambitions into scoped roadmaps with explicit, measurable acceptance criteria — latency, cost, accuracy, adoption
- Manage stakeholders and trade-offs; keep one source of truth on status
- Make sure what ships is monitored, documented, handed over, and actually used





Who you are

- 3–6 years managing software, data, or AI delivery — ideally client-facing
- Fluent in applied-AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, evaluation, model lifecycle) — you speak it and steer it, you don't have to build it
- Strong with Agile delivery in practice, not just theory
- Think in scope, risk, and timelines — and in AI delivery realities like evals, latency, and cost

Must have

Demonstrated delivery — you've taken real AI/ML features from commitment to shipped and adopted, and can walk us through one in detail — with strong stakeholder management.

Tools & stack

- Jira / Azure DevOps · Agile delivery · familiarity with the applied-AI stack (LLMs/RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, vector DBs, MLOps concepts) · nice to have: PMP / CSM, regulated-client experience
